Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return policy. To qualify, simply initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return?

Reach out to us via our contact page or email with your request. We’ll promptly provide you with the return address and further instructions.

What if the item has been used?

All returned items must be in unused and resalable condition. This includes:
  • No opened or damaged packaging
  • No used diamond bags, pasted diamonds, or alterations to the canvas
    If the item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 72 business hours of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Who pays the shipping fees for returns?

Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are there any restocking fees?

No, we do not charge restocking fees.

Cancellations & Order Edits

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t been processed by our fulfilment team. However, due to our automated system, the cancellation window is very short. If your order has already been processed, you’ll need to wait to receive it and then initiate a return.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they’ve been placed. If you’d like to make changes, you’ll need to contact us to cancel the order (if possible) and place a new one.
